Ten years ago a zoo was a park where wild animals were kept in cages, giving the public the opportunity to view them. All zoos basically had the same concept and the characteristics of a zoo were: fun, relaxation, education and adventure. Visiting a zoo was just a simple trip where one would walk around and see the animals in the park, take pictures and return home.

Now zoos are changing their concept with focus on providing a complete leisure destination.
With the creation of animal welfare parks preserving the natural habitat of the animals a visit to the zoo has become a completely different experience.
